Former Confluence Health Doctor Charged with DUI After Blood Tox Results Show BAC of 0.23
Dr. Shannon Grosdidier's blood toxicology test results showed that she had a blood alcohol concentration level of 0.23 during her Oct. 25, 2023 arrest

Nearly a year after her arrest, Wenatchee city attorneys refiled DUI charges against Dr. Shannon Grosdider after her blood toxicology results revealed she had a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) level of 0.23.
The legal limit to drive is 0.08.
Although NCWlife reported that Grosdidier struck a “parked vehicle” in East Wenatchee during the first of her two hit and runs, a Douglas County woman named Jessica Richardson said she was behind the wheel driving that vehicle at the time.
She was at the intersection of Grant Road and WA-285, getting ready to take a left onto Grant on her way home. Grosdidier took a wide turn coming down Grant and rammed into the front of her vehicle. Richardson said they locked eyes, Grosdidier put her foot down on the gas pedal and pushed Richardson’s truck backward until Grosdidier’s dark SUV was free. Then Grosdidier sped off toward Wenatchee, over the bridge, Richardson said.
