Former Chelan County Assistant Prosecutor Brock Stone filed a tort claim against the Chelan County Sheriff’s Office, Prosecuting Attorney’s office and Assistant Prosecutor Micaela Meadows on July 15.

Seeking damages in excess of $200,000 for “negligent and intentional infliction of emotional distress,” Brock and his lawyer Anne Schroeder say Meadows abused her access to the Spillman and JABS system to search for personal details about himself and other Chelan County employees and their families.

“I think it’s not a question of if she did it,” he said. “It’s a question of how egregious does this go?”
