Now here’s a chart that will really grind the gears of your conservative uncle/father-in-law/libertarian/covert white supremacist at the table this Thanksgiving. The tip of the iceberg there at the top are the things our society generally sees as unacceptable, but all the stuff underneath is still pretty much ok. It’s amazing how much non-blatant racism is still socially acceptable in this country. It’s amazing how uncomfortable we are having this discussion in the mainstream.
