Superior Court Judge Lifts Contempt of Court Order on Chelan County Developer

But Judge Travis Brandt did not lift the stop-work order that has prevented Tyler Chambers from building his 'dream home' up scenic and pristine Number 1 Canyon in Wenatchee for the past three years

In the latest chapter of an ongoing saga involving wealthy developer Tyler Chambers, his neighbors and Chelan County, Superior Court Judge Travis Brandt today lifted a contempt of court order against Chambers.

But that doesn’t mean he can resume developing his property near the terminus of Number 1 Canyon Road above Wenatchee – yet.
