Brian W. Williams, 60, of Wenatchee was arrested at Chelan County Fire Station #3 on Chumstick Highway on July 27 after fleeing the Icicle Creek Center for the Arts, where witnesses say he repeatedly fired a hunting rifle into the air in the parking lot after a concert.
