Evolution from the 1960s and 1970s when groups of local doctors created the Eye and Ear Clinic and the Wenatchee Valley Clinic. That is bizarre to me...that you can serve on the School Board while your kids are enrolled elsewhere. I guess those with grown kids should be able to serve..
