After a King 5 investigation¹ broke the news Friday that the Washington State Department of Licensing has been providing Immigration and Customs Enforcement and other Homeland Security departments access to private driver’s license and vehicle information, Rachael Howard Pashkowski and others decided to protest outside the Wenatchee DOL office on Monday, July 15.
