As clashes over property rights and shared roadways increase, some wonder why Chelan County officials seem hamstrung in the face of threats to public safety and destruction of property
If the grading occurs on more than one acre, a storm water control plan must be developed and followed under the Federal Clean Water Act. Its’s time to get WA State Dept of Ecology involved with these obvious violations.
