As far apart as we are on some issues, stories like this is why I subscribe and believe you are providing an important societal function. Thank you for providing the extra information for contacting our legislators, too.
Veteran's mental health is such an open wound for our community. I cannot over-emphasize to folks the importance of reaching out to your representatives.

That doesn't mean I agree with you all the time, but that is kind of the point; it is important to debate the issues of the day, and to do so in a civil manner.
I also truly appreciate the fact that *somebody* is doing some investigative reporting in our area. As the saying goes, "Sunlight is the best disinfectant."
